Black garlic factory
To enter the manufacturing site making Egarak Black Garlic Gangsan, you must go through some procedures. First, you must wear a disinfect garment and hat, wash your hands and dry them by infrared dryer, clean your shoes and then go to an air shower.
It is a preprocessing room. in this room, when namhae Garlic is stocked, the first selection is conducted and then the garlic is stored in retinispora ripening con-tainer. Phytoncide of retinispora creates a refreshing mood with raw garlic's unique smell.
It is a ripening room. In this room, the big transformation in Namhae Garlic occurs in a clean and hygienic environment. The floor is made of epoxy so there is no dust. All workers must wear hats and a disinfected gament.
The picture below is the packaging room. in this room, namhae Black Garlic that has gone through a month of ripening is selected. Products out of this room are whole bulbs of garlic, cloves, peeled garlic. The picture below is the finished product. This packaged product is directly delivered to customers or stored in the warehouse. There are three types of packagins:whole bulbs of garlic (60g), cloves (80g), and peeled garlic.;
